Satisfactory is a first-person open-world factory-building game where you’ll explore an alien planet to gather resources, automate production, and build sprawling factories. As an engineer for the company "FICSIT," your job is to set up massive production lines to supply the company with essential materials for intergalactic expansion. You’ll mine resources, build conveyor belts, and optimize machines to produce everything from basic parts to advanced technology—while navigating the dangers of the planet, including hostile wildlife and environmental hazards. It’s all about efficiency... but also, you know, getting sidetracked by the thrill of setting up ridiculously complicated systems.

The real fun begins when you start scaling up your operation. Power grids, trains, and complex logistics systems come into play as you try to balance resource management and production while fighting off the inevitable chaos of building a mega-factory. You'll need to be prepared for moments of zen-like productivity and occasional, epic meltdowns when your factory spirals out of control. But don't worry—just like the game itself, the fun is in the chaos. It's a factory simulation that doesn’t take itself too seriously, and that’s part of what makes it so addictive.
